Smile Angel is a 2D Metroidvania-style side-scrolling action game. Players take on the role of a little angel who infiltrates a corrupt corporation's headquarters to battle the negative emotion demons possessing overworked employees and free them from oppression. Armed with smile bullets and smile missiles, the angel fights through the enemy's lair, aiming to defeat the heartless boss and achieve victory.
